Approval for financing or housing
Specific debt settlement percentages
Elimination of debts
Timeframe for results
Under federal law, accurate and current negative information cannot legally be removed from a credit report.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SERVICES WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION AT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE THE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED.
To cancel, the Client must deliver written notice by email to:

Any payments made by the Client within the cancellation period shall be refunded within ten (10) business days.
This cancellation right is required under federal law.
Privacy Policy
The Company shall maintain reasonable safeguards to protect Client information and shall not sell Client personal information except as permitted by law or necessary to perform services.
The Client authorizes the Company to obtain and review credit reports and communicate with credit bureaus and creditors when necessary to provide consulting services.
FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Company shall not charge or receive payment before services are fully performed in compliance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (“CROA”).
